Having problem installing os from dvd player and vmware. Everything works great from iso image files for ubuntu. However I have a bootable image dvd I want to use to install windows 2008. I've checked the host configuration and its configured. I've checked vm config and mounting it, in console and checked it's on with boot and on. What should I check. Device shows as cdrom in host config. Is that the issue should it say cdrom/dvd ? Any suggestions?
