Curious, why are you deploying a ThinApp using RemoteApp? One issue is that the ThinApp'd application is actually running on the RemoteApp RDS host, so you aren't gaining anything. If you are using RemoteApp, just install the application natively on the RemoteApp RDS host and present it out. If you are looking for a way to deploy the ThinApp'd packages to non-View machines (if you have the right licensing), then a dead-simple way that ytou already have is GPO Software Install to run the MSI installer on the machines.
